What are we building into?

Pick the vehicle you run. We will only show set-ups that fit it.

Vehicle

Cargo van Compact to long-wheelbase. The most common starting point. Pickup truck Open bed or canopy, single or double cab. Motorcycle For dense urban rounds a van cannot reach. Trolley A wheeled unit for a car park, forecourt or workshop – no vehicle needed.

Which set-up?

Each line is a starting point – we adjust it to the job.

Set-up

LubeServe Skid A full lubrication bay in a service van: twin oil tanks, waste recovery, pneumatic pumps and a motorised slider that opens from all four sides. Carwash Skid A mobile wash bay that slides out of any cargo van. Water tank, silent generator, compressor and the pressure washer of your choice. Steam Setup Idromatic steam units built into a vehicle for waterless cleaning and sanitising, using a fraction of the water a pressure wash needs. Courier Skid Shelved parcel racking with a pull-out loading platform, so a driver sorts and loads from the kerb instead of climbing into the van. Motorcycle Setup A lightweight fibreglass wash kit for a motorbike: built-in tank, sprayer and storage. The lowest-cost way into mobile washing. Fix Stations Five services on one board – engine oil, hydraulic oil, oil suction, air and high-pressure water – each with its own reel, gun and level gauge, over a full tool chest. Wash Trolleys A self-contained wash cart on castors. Three water tanks, a 10 m hose and gun, a 100 W vacuum, and a 12 V battery that runs a full week between charges.
